    E test question

So I took the Mustang for an e test today. Fully expected it to fail....it does every time. Mustang has sat in the garage since fall of 2014. Drove it two blocks to the garage. Old gas. No tuneup. It wasn't even warmed up for crying out loud. I always get a conditional due the fact the repair is more then the repair cost limit.......this time it passed easily! I'm dumbfounded.....any insight as to why? Have they relaxed the rules? I'm going to dig out my last e test when I get home to compare. Thoughts???

Yes. Your '90 only needs to pass the 2-speed idle test. Super easy to pass if car is in good running condition.
NOx was always the hard one to pass on my old coupe.

You are correct RedSN. Nox was always what I failed. Oh well, good for me!
