    I hope so. Since I didn't know much about Nissan I did a lot of research and reading reviews. The VQ40 engine is a bored and stroked version of the 3.5L V6 found in the G35 and 350Z, ...and pretty much everything else Nissan sells. Made in good ol' Tennessee (both the truck and the engine).

    Only major issue with the Frontier seemed to be the transmission cooler line breaking inside the radiator and flooding the transmission with coolant. The newer ones have an independent external transmission oil cooler. In the last pic posted, you can see the giant oil cooler behind the license plate. Yeah, that's the oil cooler, not the radiator!

    My brother has the quad cab version as his company vehicle. Nice truck, but very thristy!
