Theres lots of sense. Now the douche wont go driving through stop signs like he is someone important.
The only thing the kid did wrong was run away. He should have stood right there and told the guy how much of a bitch he is.
Whole line of people just saw the guy run a stop sign and if they even touched the kid they would be charged and have tons of witnesses against them in court.
^Well said and I agree with most of it, but he could be charged with assault for smashing the windsheild, or vandalism, or whatever else, best to run, he seemed to be losing the guy anyways, I hope he made it away from them unscathed.
