Header Install on a 97 Cobra

Just wondering if anyone has installed headers on a 4.6 DOHC in their garage without a lift? Looks like I need to drop the K member to get at them. Any tips or comments?
    Thanks.

Just be sure your able to safely support the engine / trans with the crossmember out. Always suggest using OEM gaskets only and as many OEM studs n nuts as possible. Lines can be left on the rack, remove / move forward n tie to the rad support.

Thanks for the tips ZR. I've seen guys support the engine from above with a large pipe across the shock towers and the engine chained to it. What do you suggest?

I've got a fixture (4x4 180 wall tube with 3/8 steel end plates) that supports from above with a chain. While I'm sure it's 100% safe, still bothers me enough when the engine swings that we have gone back to blocks supporting via the oil pan.
Easy spot to chain to, remove alt n use it's two lower mounting bolts / studs.
