I watched a bit. Stands were empty. Nascar is on it's way out unless they make huge changes. Including getting rid of the retarded "Chase"
There can be no doubt broadcasters have been directed to limit camera shots of the stands but yes watch close enough and clear to see stands were partially full at best. So many things wrong in Nascar today, while I think stages have dramatically cut down on cars riding around the back on longer races, the gap between teams and their performance continues to grow. Cluster fuck they've created with these spec air guns, what the hell happened there. Are they failing / having issue at an alarming rate or are broadcasters only bringing it to our attention because of the change when in fact guns have always seen failure rates that high?
Race entry might as well be limited to a dozen or fifteen cars as thats about the max we see with any hope of contending for lead lap status with far too many races coming down to a fight for second or third with the win predetermined too damm early. Yes something like that is going to happen from time to time but in the modern Nascar it's become more the norm.

I've been done with nascar for over a year now. Couldn't care less if I watch a race. If there's nothing else to do I might watch it for a bit. I do enjoy watching nascar flush itself down the toilet though.Originally Posted by StAnger

You can already see camaros and mustangs in the xfinity series. They look terrible.
