Ran a smart race.
Racing on the modified Daytona Road course again today.
Yesterdays race was terrific to watch. Let's see how many cup guys venture into the grass at the bus, flying cars yesterday.
Race was more uneventful vs what I'd have thought. Chase did a great job of managing things then held off Hamlin after the last restart.
Very cool indeed.
In both the top level races this weekend, selfish moves towards end of both races that took out good cars. WTF happened to intelligent moves and clean racing? No Truex, it was not unfortunate, your an idiot. Did Chastane deserve what happened to him? Well maybe after dumping AJ last week but WTF did number one crier Hamlin think was going to happen when he "sent it" into the corner n taking both of them out??
Craziness happening in Cali.
They are converting the big oval in Fontana to a half mile race track... very similar to Martinsville.

That's great. But why not just refurbish a track with historic value? It would probably cost the same.
