    I forgot to add, that included an alignment which they said cost $150.

    they did alignment right after the drop that same day??

    Yes they did. I also installed Maximum Motorsport camber plates.

    My guess would be that they didn't transfer the insulators that were on the spring over and they didn't tighten the sway bar end links properly. That would be my guesstimate
