My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my car and parts for what I told her they cost!
So...... quick update.... posted an ad for a stock air box and got a hit. Guy in Woodstock. Thankfully, I travel to Leamington every weekend and was able to drop by on route. Picked up the complete OEM air intake system with a new K&N filter for $130. After taking out my air box, it's no wonder I had loss of power and crappy fuel consumption. One entire side of the air box was busted off, it was disconnected at the air inlet and a huge crack on the bottom. So I did the install and ahhhhh, so much better! Thanks to all who chimed in, especially Rick! Much appreciated!
As an added bonus, Rick gives out hugs when you pay him...
Cool! Rick is dressing up as Santa Claus this year? I'm not a hugger, but if he's a coffee drinker, I'll be sure to stop by one day and drop one off!
