ebrakes for a 5 lug

ok I have all the parts needed but the dreaded ebrake cables. Now I'm confused called NRC to buy the rears and the gentleman told me there is no need for a new front one. Everywhere on the web says I would require all 3 cables. Maybe someone could chime in that has done it this way before.

Its a 92 and its automatic.

FMS adjustable front cable
FMS rear disc conversion cables. Either LRS or North Race Cars.
Bolt in replacement but parking brake lever does require a mod.
If you leave PBL spring in place, most times parking brake will not fully release.
