congrats! I've been holding at 265 all week so 7lbs for me since this started. was really hoping I could hit the 10lb mark within a month. few days to go. so how is it that boxers cut weight? lol
I'm stuck on 190 lbs again this week - down 8 in total. Haven't lost any in 2 weeks now, but man did I eat good easter weekend.
Last Monday the 19th I stayed at 184, this Monday the 21st, was 183. Basically just holding.

Great late night snack suggestion... Cucumber It's great for your metabolism and it will make you feel less hungry and less desire to raid the fridge! try not to go to bed hungry. You can end up binging later on!!
