I use 3D products engine dressing. Good quality product and makes for nice results when applied properly.
FABMAN
303 aerospace protectant. I use it on all my vehicles. Great for rubber and black porous plastics. It will not dry out the plastic or attract dust like a lot of other products.

^Both of my suggestions attract dust like a mofo.
I keep my engine parts clean by not installing them in the engine bay.
