Got it done np, about an hour wait but very quick at the window even though I didn’t have any of
my ownership/insurance or renewal forms No questions about test or the fact that both plates were expired.

Not burnout weather today, but same experience here. No hassle and the car has valid plates for first time in 3 years. WOOT

My only hope with this ending, peeps don't take it as an opportunity to pollute via inoperative / removed emissions devices like cats etc.

Ricers will likely be the worst offenders.

Usually not, they only put on loud mufflers, 4 cyl cars require backpressure to make power, if they yank the cat they will likely lose power. Most of them know this.

Just went on-line ordered my sticker and have had expired stickers since 2015 and it went through......don't have the stickers in my hand but they took my payment !!! will let you know if and when they show up in the mail .
