The AutoGlym stuff works great

Turtle Wax Bug & Tar remover for me after the Lincoln saw some up north time....spray it on, let sit for a minute or two and then used a microfiber mitt to remove the bug guts. Required some elbow grease, but it cleaned up nice.

I actually gave Invisible Glass a try a few times recently to see if it the bugs came off and indeed they did. Traditionally I would just go and power wash the car down as soon as I get back from a trip but with the recent back issue I was not able to do it right away.
Another surprising option is WD40, the petroleum breaks down the bugs and helps with removal. If I am out of Invisible Glass this is my next go to.

Always find it interesting how many things WD40 does well all the while not so great as a lubricant / penetrating.
I soak a couple microfibre towels in my wash soap, blast the front end with my power washer and foam gun, then leave the soapy microfibres on the bumper while I wash the rest of the car. By the time I get to doing the front bumper the bugs/tar have softened so much it usually comes off without much scrubbing. That and keeping a good coat of wax on the front bumper does the trick.
