    Well no answer on who to speak with, but the new Transit made it back to the shop last week. Now it's time to do whats unthinkable for most people and a brand new vehicle.

    Run a 2.5" hole saw through the body in a couple of spots.

    Assume hole saw is modding to meet your intended use................at least I hope so. LOL
