    I had screws and bone graph done when i was 20 (lower spine). Back pain sucks. I use Robax, Hot tub and i have an inversion table as well.

    My L1-L5 disks are all compressed. Fusion is the only fix, but i so far can keep them (mostly) from locking up with exercise. I can get a crack and reset by clenching my abs.

    I have zero time to drive my Mustang because of infant/work/nightmare that is life in general so for some reason my brains response to this is to insist on the intrusive thought that I should buy an additional Mustang...

    I did the very same thing in 2016... Wife gave birth to our second child, 2 months later I bought Mustang No. 2

    I use Zehr (as a broker), was previously insured by Royal Sun and Alliance (RSA) but this year they switched me over to Intact. Can is fully documented (extensive modifications) including roll bar. Agreed upon value, aware of track days
