Love the Laramie chrome against that color.

Yes, the chrome really pops on the darker colours. Here is a pic after the first wash.

Max Steel has the multi color metallic in it I believe where as Granite is a standard metallic. Generally Max Steel will have more of a blue hue and Granite will have more of a brown/gray hue.

Beautiful truck.
I thin k mine is a tad darker than yours, it almost looks like a matt finish up close.
