Getting better only today really, it’s actually been tougher than I thought. The worst part is the swelling which promotes pain and becoming a night owl because of the pain killers and all. I’m finding I’m working all hours of the day on the phone that is. Thanks for asking newbie, i can’t wait to hop in the mustang and head out for that alignment at can alignment to see the results of all the parts installed this winter.

Been there many times in my younger years when I lived in Don Mills, glad to hear its still a good one, we hit up the one in Ajax now , always a solid choice for roast beast ! but we've been doing the casino lately , different special every night , tonight is prime rib 10 oz, $17.99 with all the fixings & salad for members ( members card is free) & the food is good ! it does lack in atmosphere & can get very busy !

my 52 year old body reminded me this week that when you tweak something shovelling snow....a heavy back work out probably won't fix it and might actually make it worse

seems I likely strained my left side tranverse abs/internal oblique kinda where it ties into the lower lat during the 15-20 fucking hours of snow shovelling over the past week and a bit

I'm a stubborn SOB so the thought of taking a few days off never enters my thick skull....so I started my back workout Wednesday aft saying my side kinda hurt....and about an hour later I started saying I hurt my side

yeah....and the arm workout I did on Thursday aft confirmed that I strained the fuck outta something
