Broken manifold stud and Drill bit :(

i have a 05 F250 with the 5.4L engine.. it has 2 broken manifold bolts. the shop near my work was able to remove one broken stud, however while drilling the pilot hole for the easy out, the drill bit snapped off flush with the broken stud.

I now have a broken bit inside a broken stud. The original broken stud is about an 1/8th of an inch down inside the hole.

Any suggestions aside from tearing the head off ?

Try and mid weld a washer then nut to the washer / broken piece.
Yes can even be done if broken slightly below the surface.
