Thanks guys, always try to help if I can. In Mark's case, the coil connector wasn't listed in the parts catalogue for his 08, and another dealer had told him that he would have to buy the complete harness. But I was sure that I'd sold them for similar applications before, so I just looked around at some of the other vehicles that used the same coil until I found the repair pigtail number which we had in stock. Unfortunately some parts guys are unable or unwilling to hunt around a bit when they can't find something for a specific vehicle.
