Too bad the contrast sucks. I couldn't tell if it was a full on tornado over water, or just a standard waterspout.

I have seen one over Lake ST. Clair a few years back. The one I saw was similar, but had what looked like spray at the bottom, where it was sucking up the water and throwing it out.

Running around Scarb early afternoon, mega downpours that seemed on the verge of hail.

That one was definitely all the way down, but it doesn't look like it's out of a supercell.
