Well, coming home from Scarborough and decided to run it through the gears. Was going into third and grind. Let pedal up and pressed down again and no pressure. Clutch master cylinder? Also have a high pitched whine. Ugh.... help!!

Did the pedal come back?
If it didn't come back and your hearing a noise, most likely release bearing and or hydraulics crapped out.

Pedal comes back but does not disengage

Most likely release bearing / hydraulic slave has failed.
Did you check reservoir to see if fluid has dropped?
Any fluid showing under the center of the car around rear of engine / front of trans?

I had the same thing after Dasilvas I stalled my braided clutch line, pulled off the highway and pumped it about 300 times, took a couple days of driving before I felt like to was completely bled proper

Typical slaves, overextend and fail?

Or just bearing itself fails.

Either way it doesn't sound like fun. Sorry to hear that. So what was the end result?

Odd problem on this one, disc had disintegrated on one side of the pressure plate and dumped a whole lot of friction material n metal bits into the bell housing. Thankfully no major damage beyond clutch itself.
