View Full Version : Advice about wiring upfitter switches in a Ford F-250

In my distant past I used to add fog lights and such to my cars, and I had the time and patience to do the wiring myself.
These days not so much.
However, my 2017 F-250 desperately needs some auxiliary lighting for when we plow. There is a bank of built in upfitter switches in the overhead console, and I'd like to use them.

Has anyone done this, and are there instructions or guides of any sort?

The snowplow retailer installed a flashing amber light on our backrack through one of the switches, but I can't seem to find where the wires come up into the engine compartment. Since the factory switches are there I want to do it right.

Ed from Parkway sent me a Ford guide to doing it. Thank you
