Hi

My son bought some rims and removed the rubber from them to sell separately

I am wondering if the sizing could be used on a mustang ? then I could advertise here vs. Kijiji

They are Bridgestone RE97AS 245/40 R 20 tires with a 2017 date code

if someone could let me know if they are useable on a Mustang

Thanks

That size could be used on an 05-up car, but typically people looking at 20" sizes would want wider, or at least staggered sizes with a 275 for the rear.

Worth a shot though, maybe someone needs replacement 20s on a budget.

Exact tire model is probably RE970AS Pole Position:

Would it fit? Yea, on a 2017 Mustang with 20" option 265/35/20 is the factory size which is a 27.3" tall tire, the ones you listed are 27.7 so it should fit. As far a usable, thats a pretty narrow tire, not something I'd be interested in running on a Mustang IMO.

Thanks for the info

So the tires would be better to sell to someone that they would properly fit
