If a car has been mini tubbed can you still use a stock rear end with stock sized tires?

Yes I used the stock rear end and stock rim/offset...I just had the rims widened 3’ to fit a 315 tire.

You can if they didn't change the LCA + UCA points of the rear end

^As stated it depends who did it and what they changed, usually you can run stock rear still.
