So, because of my procrastination plus lack of money all winter, my fun little project has turned into a mad last minute dash!

I'm currently in the process of switching my suspension over from Christine to the new project car, and also have to do a full engine and tranny swap with all the bits to go in the other car. It's a big job for just one person whos never done it before. So I'm asking if anyone here is willing to come by and help out? I'm in a nice warm well lit shop with a hoist and quickjacks. Up in Vaughan right now. If anyone wants to come by and lend a hand, please let me know!

I won’t be in the area anytime soon, but if that changes I’ll let you know.
Otherwise I can tell you the easiest thing to do is pull it all as a unit, swap the engine and trans while the k-member is out, then lower the car on the assy and bolt it in.

Even faster if you left engine trans etc in place n dropped as a unit with the k member.

^yup, drop it all out, do the changeover, then install as one. Need a strong table or dolly for this.
