Vert & Hardtop rear windows !

Trying to figure out if for any reason the 2000 verts has power rear windows & the 2000 hartop are fixed , was there on option for this or is that the way they all are ???

Most cars are like that, the 1/4s always go down on verts, but very rarely on coupes, too much extra crap that nobody would use, but on a vert it’s needed to not look goofy.
