(sorry if posted before)

Bet there will be a few regrets for scrapping Foxes due to rusty floors and frames now.....

Frame is worth more than a clean car.

That is a sweet piece of engineering for sure but over 16k USD?

Honestly for that sort of budget... I'd would NOT use a fox shell at all... I'd start here: https://www.factoryfive.com/type-65-coupe/what-you-get-base-kit/

Much nicer, much more unique and lightweight.

Must agree, costs the same to build a classic and it would be worth much, much more in the end. Plus I think it would be way cooler (as long as it doesn’t look like another damn Elenor).

Thank you, I hated that Eleanor when it came out... should have maybe even kept the same car as the original movie (which was a better movie imo).

They took the fox out of foxbody.

The advantage of the fox chassis is it's lightweight unibody construction.
Why would you want to add all that weight and transform it into a pickup truck?

Me too, I would rather get the Dynacorn shell and build a modern classic.

That's what I was going to say ... how much does it weigh once you're finished with it???

cheers

They have the classic Mustangs covered as well....

I just see this kit as "another option" for a Foxbody Mustang.

In a $$$ comparison, a full out Griggs Racing GR40 World Challenge set up retails for around $13,400 USD.
