Anyone into scale model cars?

I used to love building them and creating details (before the era of etched parts you can buy)...

I think I will waste my money in 1:24 scale now versus 1:1... thinking about a Coyote powered IRS notchback in silver frost lol

Used to build a bunch when I was a kid. Only these 2 that I built after I graduated survived. I built more planes than cars. LOL, I had more time when is was bored in Timmins.

Have a ‘62 Belair SuperStock and a ‘95 Mustang still in the box yet to be built.
And an Avro Arrow I picked up a couple of years ago.

ok - will probably keep them and not share them with my grand children (if I ever get any) just like I didn't share them with my kids...lol drove them nuts for years seeing unopened hot wheels - lol mean grampa

I have a small hot wheels collection too and it bugs my neighbors little boy so much when he sees them framed and hung on the wall lol

Yep have a cabinet full of them and even a “ to scale” hoist in my collection with a car on it , mainly mustangs and muscle cars, wife tells me to grow up every time I open the cabinet to look at them.....
