Good grief.
Motorcycle rider killed yesterday on the Leslie St 401 ramp when he was going the wrong way and made contact with another vehicle.

No doubt alcohol probably was a factor.

Horrific accident the other side of the world...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jt6NnL0fshI

A fight between a bus driver and a passenger who missed her stop caused the bus to plunge off a high bridge into China's Yangtze River, police said Friday, and all 15 aboard are presumed dead.
...the 48-year-old female passenger asked the driver to pull over after she missed her stop, but he didn't. She walked up to the driver's seat and scolded him. The driver turned his head back several times while arguing

Where did she think the bus driver was going to pull over!? They are in the middle of a long bridge.
Such a senseless tragedy.

How come it looks like he just turns the wheel n drives off the bridge?

^^^ I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say there was much more going on in this story. To me it looks like he said a big F U and drove off that bridge.

The more I look at the video the more I concur^^^

You guys might be right. It seems like a deliberate hard left turn. No locking up brakes, no attempted counter-steer.
And I wouldn't put it past the Chinese government using the story of "a belligerent woman who missed her stop". Maybe she was trying to stop the driver from doing something stupid?

Any way you look at it it's still tragic.

Sure makes a person think there may be way more to the story.

If you slow down the video to 0.25 speed you see the driver do nothing but keep driving that bus over the bridge without trying to avoid a collision and it sounds like the passengers were all screaming even before he turned the wheel.
