I'm really getting sick of these videos that are spreading all over social media, that create the illusion that these great meals are so easy and wonderful. just because it is a 60 second video doesnt mean its simple. Someone shared one that involved 15 separate ingredients, 4 separate preparation stages, 3 separate cooking stages, 4 bowls/pans and 4 utensils. so yeah, go try that shit and see if you can make it in 60 seconds. dipshits.

Ok, I take it all back. I found one I can relate to!!

Cruising time
Get out the detailer and buff it to a nice glossy shine
Cruising time
Turn on the ignition and hear that rumble it’s so sublime
Cruising time
One last call to Mustangs that don’t live life in a garage
Cruising time
Turn off that computer and the Mustang meme barrage

[Chorus:]
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
Not any drone

Cruising time
I hope the all cops are all busy writing someone else tickets
Cruising time
Lift off the gas when you pass them so they only hear field crickets
Cruising time
I’m gonna signal every turn and give them no reason to shout
Cruising time
I don’t see anyone around so now’s a good time for a burnout

[Chorus:]
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
Not any drone

Cruising time
The season won’t last long so get out there and have some fun

[Chorus:]
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
I wanna cruise and not hear any drone
Not any drone

Cruising time
Drive safe and live the dream but don’t become another Mustang crash meme.

my PT is around $4200/year.....we've been here 19 years and were paying around $2200/year in 1997 when we paid $244,000 for the place

I'm not sure how they recalculate on one of these new builds that sells for $2million++ with 6 fucking bathrooms but I'd bet the PT is well over $10,000/year now

so yeah....for those of us that bought in the 1990s, the PT on these new builds looks alot like what we were paying for mortgage payments

yup....if you're some Hong Kong Gozillionaire wanting to park your money in something that keeps making double-digit increases annually...you apparently can't go wrong buying up detached houses in either Vancouver or Toronto

Limited supply is also being fueled by a whole generation of kids that just live at home until they're 30 or their parents pass away and then take over the property by inheritance.

Many "kids" are not moving out and "empty nests", that typically would be put up for sale when the Parents downsized after their kids moved out are not joining the residential inventory pool.

There's a 27 year old and 30 year old on my street, both living with Mommy and Daddy and they're drivin' Bimmers. LOL!

GTA is a world market now, has been for years, domestic prospective homeowners are competing with Hong Kong, US, Russian and Arab money when it comes to buying a home.

The good news for them is they are not trying to buy in Vancouver, which is even more retard.

to add to that.....if the parents keep seeing one of their most valuable assets continue to deliver double-digit increases each year.....then why would they sell?

my crusty neighbour downsized 2 years ago and lost out on $500,000 more in her pocket if she'd held out until now

I'm seeing this first hand as older parents that I know are selling their homes in Vaughan and buying smaller homes further north to pocket as much money as possible. Ideally the longer you hold out, the more money you'll make. But many are probably thinking how long will this bubble last before it finally blows? Not knowing what the future may hold, do it now while the market is on fire.

Seems the new fad everyone is talking about it "raised gardens"
I'm all for having your own garden and growing some of your own food. Great way to save some money if you have the yard space.
But What I don't get why they have to go to a hardware store, buy a bunch of wood. To make a big box then buy dirt to fill that box so they can have a garden.

People to daft to realized that if you remove the grass There is dirt underneath it? Dirt you can plant in for free without paying for wood. Or buying dirt from a Store for 5 bucks a damn bag.

I asked somone about it and they got all high and mighty about how it was better. I'm like for what?

No bugs or worms to airate the ground. Up a level so it requires more watering.

People have been growing in dirt for thousands of years with no need to build a damn box.

I'm sure that's the case in many places, especially Hensall, being one of the most fertile agricultural regions in Ontario. But in the GTA, if you have a house built by a cheap builder, chances are your backyard 'topsoil' is more bits of wood offcuts, bricks, and what ever other construction wastes they had lying around.

Most obvious is the slip fit even with a clamp on it its pushing air out. Also think it's leaking at passenger side flange despite new oem Ford gasket with smear of ultra copper.

On several exhaust slip joints, we've had to either use this style band clamp or weld to make em stop leaking.
On the passengers side, are both studs completely threaded with no stops?
Did you run a straight edge over pipe end to confirm it's at least close to flat / straight? Ridiculous number of even new pipes are not even close. Some others have a flat but not rigid enough flange, using largest thick flat washers that will clear to help support.
Install, snug pass side making sure pipe is centered in the studs, next snug drivers side, now fully tighten pass side / finish same on ds. That combined with Ford gasket + good smear of Ultra Copper (manifold side of the gasket / smear pipe before sliding up) has seen them seal for us. If the gasket won't stay in place over the studs, elastic band is your best friend. It'll just compress into the mix n burn off once heat hits it.

We've also had a few leak on the drivers side ball flange due to poor / overflaring. Flange cut off the old pipe, slide into the new pipe with a smear of Ultra Copper and your golden.

Tried those clamps, 2.5 ones from CTIRE. Air was shooting out of them, went back to the small band clamp style the x came with, works slightly better.

Installed the passenger side first, making sure it was centered. With new oem studs, brand new Ford OEM gasket with liberal smear of UC. Torqued to spec of 30ft lbs

Driverside ball flange appears to be seated fine, thankfully.

you are better off using a good degreaser, sponges and low water pressure to clean an engine vs blasting it IMO.

I've got undercoat EVERYWHERE degreaser and MPCs have barely budged the gunk, I was hoping a pressure washer may help a little more.

isnt that stuff waterproof? you'll still need some sort of cleaner to dissolve or break down the gunk. I don't think added pressure will do it. Try spray-9 or the Castrol one, but don't get them on the paint (another reason to not use a pressure washer - it blows any kind of solvent that you use all over the place, usually onto surfaces where you don't want it to go).

As mentioned avoid the alt and intake. Also do it while the engine is hot and running

Leave it running after. Heat helps dry out stuff.

Plot twist, all the exhaust connections are now sealed up tight, can't feel any air exiting at any of them. But still has a ticking/sewing machine sound at that X crossover. Now believing the noise is the exhaust pulses colliding coupled with the thin walled tubing making noise. That said its nice to not smell exhaust in the car, and car is behaving differently as a result of the lack of leaks it seems.

Si senor

Dis be the way it work.

I dunned it many a time while working at detail shops. Even did it to cars while not running, never had a problem. Open air filters get covered with a plastic bag and elastic band. Blasting the alt is ok, but dwelling on any electrical is problematic.

Degreaser and letting it sit for a short bit and then blast away with pressure washer. Blow dry and presto, fancy smancy new engine bay homie

Tune with rear 02s shut off.............So long as you do not have the engine light showing, will pass with one monitor not ready, can get a conditional with two not ready but takes 24hrs + second visit.

To test if it's a wiring or rear 02 problem, swap them side to side n see if the code follows. If it does, replace 02, if not, you have a wiring issue.

while I was in the area I decided to finally install led switchback turn signals that I have had for over a year, took me waaaay longer then anticipated
wiring colors in the instructions on AM were wrong, the (im assuming fake) Scotchlok connectors didnt work and I ended up stripping the wires in line and then it turn out the bulbs were all wired backwards...
got it all sorted and working and of course the other side took no time at all but come on I understand everyone wants stuff cheap but step up the quality china
only issue now is all the lights but the headlights are led with the almost blue white color and my headlights look old :(

As a movie it was good but I don't feel it deserved the hype it got. Mostly because every aspect of the movie had already happened in the prequels.
Rebellion fights empire, young Jedi left alone and not told they were a Jedi., creepy old bad guy corupts young Jedi. Father, son issues.
Reluctant hero sets out on own path only to return to help save the day.
Bad guys build giant sphear of death. Good guys must fly down a tunnel and "aim" for the little hole to destroy it.
Melenium falcon even comes out of the dark to pick up injured hero after epic light sabre battle strangly far away from the rest of the action.

I need to start shopping for a new insurance company/broker
Beautiful day on my way to the Rim rim show, meeting some friends in mississauga, as I get off the 403 there is a cop behind me, not worried as I dont drive like an ass.
As we cross the intersection he lights me up. Im informed I do not have insurance listed on the mustang (WTF?) Asks if I have a preferred tow company an is very stern, I am literally lost. I try explaining that I have contacted my broker and got confirmation but have not received the new renewal since taking the car out of storage. He lets me show him the text conversation with my broker and runs my licence.
I have a clean record so he lets me go but suggests going to a parking lot and getting it sorted. I did just that, of course being sunday on a long weekend I cannot get a hold of anyone (even my brokers cell) Insurance company cant even look up my policy to confirm. After spending nearly an hour in the parking lot I gave up and drove home. My weekend is ruined and could have been much worse.
This is the 3rd issue this year with the company and Ive been having issues getting in contact lately. My family has been with him for many years.

Any one have any suggestions on where to look, I am willing to pay more to have a single point of contact rather then calling into a call center.

I try explaining that I have contacted my broker and got confirmation but have not received the new renewal since taking the car out of storage.
In the past, before I had classic coverage (year round), my broker would fax me a copy of the insurance slip if it had not arrived in the mail yet. No way would I drive around without a proper insurance slip.

Not sure now with the new computer insurance database the cops have access to. That continues to be a clusterfuck. I don't understand why they system isn't realtime? You put insurance on the car, it should update the system immediately. Regardless, a temporary faxed insurance slip should be valid.
