2015 mustang gt radio static

Have a 2015 mustang gt, notice that when I disengage the e-brake I'm getting static on my radio when I apply it, it goes away, any ideas how I could fix this?

Is it an electronic parking brake?

Do the DRLs come on when the e-brake is released? Maybe static is related to the DRLs?
