Looks like VVT actuators to me. Should be dry, gotta figure out if the actuator is leaking, or just the gasket/seal.

yea its actually on both sides left and right

just did some reading up on it. my idle seems fine. now engine light...so maybe just leaky gaskets on all of them?

I had this issue on my Lincoln LS - it was the gasket for those sensors/actuators.
