Intercooler Drain & Refill

On my 08 Shelby I'd like to drain, flush? and refill the Intercooler coolant. The Moroso aftermarket tank has a drain cock, so that parts easy.....but wondering how you would get the rest of the coolant out of the system and refill it?

Heat exchanger should have one port on the bottom you can pull, and blow air through.
