Just like a few others here, having trouble falling n staying asleep more nights vs not. So far, three nights of being "thumped" (thats humped with a T) before bed has led to more sleep in three nights vs what I'd normally get in a week or more. Bought it primarily for back n leg pain relief (hell yes it works), multi benefit tool.
So far so good.

My wife has a similar one. It just has 2 thumpers and a long handle to reach your back. Needed it after the first accident with the Accord. The jolt of getting hit hurt her shoulders and neck.

The problem is not falling to sleep it is remaining asleep.

One things for sure, while it's been great to have one at home, in the hands of a pro it does just that much more.
