Just don't do a full send and or launch it and you will be fine.

Doesn't your car have Michelins on it Glen? What year is it? 2015-2017 with PP1 were Pirelli PZero, 2018+ should be the excellent Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S.

I had Pirelli Pzeros on the Jag. No trouble at all in the rain

The only problem that they were showing the chord on the back tires at 39000 km.

Interesting ... I thought they had gone away from those completely on the PP cars. In any case they'll be fine, especially at full tread depth. Yes they are wide sizes but it's also a big heavy car.

You're dreaming if you expect to get more mileage than that out of ultra high performance tires on a heavy and powerful car, especially on the rears.

They switched back to P-Zeros for some unknown reason.

I guess some see that as getting your monies worth out of a set of tires?

I suppose it is to be expected, although I never beat on the car. My 04 Cobra got 50,000 km from a set of BF Goodrich tires. And that included 2 trips to the drags and a few burnouts.

^ I'd trade the hard as a rock, no traction factory Goodyears from yrs gone by for more modern tires anyday.
