Anyone know a quality source for low cost generic ink cartridges?
Brother LC51.

Used to get them from a local store front business that has now closed. They worked fine.
No way I'm paying the insane money for OEM Brother ink cartridges for this old printer.

This old pig uses more ink for automated cleaning cycles than what I actually print and I don't print much.

I use these guys for Brother colour laser cartridges. They have inkjet cartridges also.

My Brother printer has the LC71/LC75 cartridges. I usually go to eBay but noticed my usual guy is gone but there are others that sell 20 packs for $40. Last ones I bought were about $1 per cartridge.

Sometimes it’s cheaper to buy a new printer than to buy the ink. I just don’t get what the manufacture is thinking.

Had an older Canon printer and couldn't stand the price of cartridges. Picked up a supertank Epson last year and haven't looked back...

Forgot about this thread.
Thanks for that source.

Back in September I got the 4 ink cartridges my printer takes for only $7.59
With tax and shipping the total was $13.10

Print quality is fine and ink levels are being properly read.
I looked at the site a few days ago and the price is still the same.
I don't know how they make money selling that low but I'm glad they do.

I've had cartridges refilled at Costco. Cheap, and worked fine. Not all Costco's offer the service but it's listed online.

I have a Brother printer that's about 8 years old, that uses the same cartridge. I bought this printer at the time because it can scan an 11x17 page, and can print the same. It uses the same cartridges. Thanks for the heads up.
