Appraiser needed in Hamilton area

I need to change ownership over on a Fox and will need an appraisal.

I'm still puzzled why tax needs to be paid on a car that has been taxed at every ownership change but in any case Fox's are too old for the MTO to apply their assessments.

Any suggestions in the Hamilton, Niagara region?

I have no hesitation recommending him, nice guy as well.
