Nice!

But just like EVs, the trick is to get enough hydrogen on board to get the range people demand. You also still have the issue of revamping the fuel stations. And IMO, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to use electricity to produce hydrogen when you could simply use the electricity directly. Not to mention the efficiency of an electric motor vs an ICE.

Don’t get me wrong though: love the idea of an ICE with nothing but water vapour out the tailpipe.

Hydrogen may compete with batteries, but it will be in the form of fuel cells, not ICE.

I think it’s gonna be a balance between range and “refill time”

I would accept a shorter range if refill was minuets and not hours.

I agree it will be some sort of fuel cells.
