I'm about to re-install the instrument cluster in my 91 and just realized this would be a good time to do an LED swap.

It's been a while since I ordered and there's probably a quick cheap option I'm unaware of.

Suggestions?

well I outsmarted myself. I found a bag of 1 LED green 90° 194's. Now I need to figure out if they're dimmable

Edit: I bought from SuperBriteLeds.com and just looked them up, not dimmable. Decision time, stick with originals or non dimmable LED's

LMR sells an LED instrument cluster retrofit and they are dimmable.

I just checked LMR, not dimmable. This appears to be the case with every LED bulb replacement. I'm gonna have another coffee and try to force myself not to overthink this (as is my habit).

I'm thinking of LED's for the gages but keep incandescent for the warning lights, high beam, signals etc.

I also have a couple gages on a pillar pod that look like they got hot from the bulbs, so they'll get LEDs . They've got blue jimmies on the bulbs so that's gotta go. Probably gonna swap the heater control bulbs too.
