Don't forget Ford Canada. The late Mike Woods from Beatty & Woods ran the Team with John Phillips from Ford. Cars were absolutely beautiful and fast. Only lasted one year then cars and parts went up for sale. I drolled over the parts lists at huge discount prices at the time.
