After months of looking for a mustang, I was unable to find one clean enough that wasn't a million dollars. Ended up finding this 1984 Z28 in absolutely amazing condition. Not a speck of rust anywhere on this car. Interior is really good too, no rips in the upholstery, no cracks in any of the dash panels. I tell ya I've missed have a car in the garage. It's been about 11 years since I sold my 69 and haven't had a car since. This one's got a 355, mild cam, flat top pistons, Edelbrock Performer Heads, Edelbrock Performer intake, and a Holley 650 Double pumper. Has a world class T5, and I just swapped out the stock 10 bolt open diff with 26 spline axles for another 10 bolt with an Auburn posi, 410 gears and 28 spline axles. I love that she looks completely stock. Bit of a sleeper. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230923/429eb3c37c09602ee148002849a69d1d.jpg

Interesting.
About two years ago a local bicycle store owner bought a 1984 Firebird from the original 75 year old female owner who lives a few streets over from me.

That car is also mint and original and needs no body work.
I asked him,"so whens the LS swap happening" and he said "everyone asks me that question" lol.

He said he's leaving it stock but has put in a Holley carb.
Your car looks great.

My uncle from New York had a red IROC-Z back in the 80s-90s. Can hear him a mile away doing burnouts on the main street. Of course, living in NY, it got stolen.

Nice to see you back!

I always think of Simon and Simon when I see one of those. Loved that car when it came out.
