Pretty cool explanation and demonstration:

<div id="fb-root"></div><script>(function(d, s, id) {  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;  js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1";  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=522763854531889" data-width="466"><div class="fb-xfbml-parse-ignore"><a href="https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=522763854531889">Post</a> by <a href="https://www.facebook.com/Trustmeiamamechanicalengineer">Trust Me, I am a "Mechanical Engineer"</a>.</div></div>

When peeps ask me for an explanation of how it works, find an alarming number of the video's out there are actually wrong.

Explanation is more about shaft phasing vs figuring out if your angles are correct. While I agree phasing is just as important, does not apply to what most here will run into. Lost the vids n diagrams I'd book marked some time back when the puter was hit with a virus, will look after go karting to see if I can find em again.

The original video showed the vibration coming from the angles being different between the drive and driven components and indicated this vibration as a non constant speed even though the input rpm stayed the same.

Extremely simple explanation in Maximums Torque Arm instruction sheets that applies to what the bulk of peeps here are gonna run into. It's ridiculously easy to measure and correct when you have the right info to go off.
Diagram they post in there is worth about 1.5 million words.
