Looking at putting on new rubber on the Stang, seems like allot of sizes are being discontinued etc, I currently run 225 -55 - 16 on the front and a 255 -50 -16 on the rear, after doing some research it appears that BFG are the only one that now carry both sizes, in an decent tire , I could drop down to a 245 and have more choices , but like the look of 255 in the back, and is not sticking out etc, my car is not lowered so a low profile just would not work , I don't like the big gap & prefer the ride the bigger tire has to offer ! any idea or suggestions , got ED on it also , but as he said we're limited on tire sizing !
BTW~ quoted $790 tax in , installed !

They are a great tire for the $$, you will be very happy with them.

Had them installed on Friday and went out today for a cruise, so far, I am pleased, good grip & quiet ~ getting an alignment next week them I'll put some mileage on them ! as you mentioned , they appear to be a good bang for the buck !

They were the #2 choice for me if I couldn't get the Nittos. I'm looking forward to hearing your review.

I was a little hesitant, due to having some issues with rut steer over the years and the a symmetrical tire (that I had on) seem to cure allot of that, time will tell after the alignment ect, had them up to 85 MPH & they seem fine but my wheel is not straight, I honestly don't remember when the MOOOTANG had an alignment ! so into Bob's this coming week and let him do his magic & if not then I'll let the good DR do his magic , LOL !

They look just as good as your old tires.... Put some freckin mileage on these will ya!
It's smart that you did this instead of saving $$$ and putting it off. On another forum a Mustang owner was looking for one tire as he had a blow out on his 10 year old tires. Not looking to replace them, even after he's experienced a blow out.
Hope you get perfect weather for your trip.

Running the Sport Comp 2's as well for a second summer...no complaints so far for daily driving. I will say that I'm having a hard time getting them to co-operate with my 410's at the track. My 60 ft times are horrible! ;)

Yea, even the tire guy was like WHAT why are you getting rid of those they look good, until he looked a the date code, but like he said, most people would have driven on them and not even thought about it, I like peace of mind, I like money too, but can't spend it if I'm dead or get hurt or hurt someone else cause I was too cheap to put proper rubber on my car !
