Ed is out your way. At the very least I would opt for a King Cobra clutch, I've always had great luck with them.
With the labour involved you don't want to be putting in a cheap clutch. Totally agree with ZR.

Hard to beat the CF Dual Friction. Smooth as butter with light pedal effort.
