Assume your running returnless. If so, suggest GT Supercar pumps. They will however require either a mod'd or dual FPDM module to properly power. Lethal Performance sells a kit for the modules, running dual FPDM with SC pumps on my own.
Lethal also markets a budget return system that is priced right and performs very well.

Ok working on 2002 gt 4.6 2v V2 vortec super charger. A few weeks ago was out driving launched prettyhard in first gear hit limiter and it back fired then shut down. From then it was not primeing my fuel rail. Check determined bad fuel pump. Have 03 cobra tank pprv delete returnless system. Installed new pumps now rail priming motor tries to start will fire but not run.

It sounds like your back fire was lean pop when it lost fuel pressure. No start is possibly a chain jumped (or adjustable cam gear let go, if running them) when it popped that hard. Odd part from start to finish is how you lost both pumps at the same time. Theory, pump one had already quit, second one failing is what caused the shut down. Scenario is not very common, would look carefully into how the pumps are being fed power and correct. Low amp feed is a pumps worst friend.
Think you need to back up, pull all plugs and do a compression test.

Thanks ZR going to pull plugs today and do comp test. Checked pump feed and have proper power to pumps able to adjust up and down with kenne bell controller going into pump.

Ditch the Boost a Pump and go with either a high amp FPDM or switch to dual driver set up. IMHO, failed pump or pumps and the BAP goes hand in hand.

Update while pulling plugs i found a split in the intake. When it lean popped it blew the intake apart. Thanks for the help. Will switch to high amp FPDM.

Awesome news, assume it's got the stock plastic intake? If so, better to find a use OEM vs the poor fitting aftermarket / stock style replacements.
