Shifting at 4500 rpm

I'm new to the mustang world, is shifting my 2001 mustang GT at 4500rpm hard on the car, it sounds like it's screaming the motor a bit?

For regular driving, no upside beyond exhaust sound but yes well within redline / max rpm.
