Looking through the sale list from one of our tire suppliers, I found and ordered this set of tires that may be of interest to S197 owners:

This size is a great upgrade to replace the original 235/50R18 as used on many V6 and GT 06-14 Mustangs. Overall diameter is within 1/4" of the originals, but a bit more width that still fits comfortably on the OEM wheels.
The Extreme Contact DW is a very highly rated max performance summer tire that offers great dry grip and outstanding wet grip, along with a nice ride for a tire in this category due to the sidewalls being a bit more compliant than most other max performance models. This is a nice performing all-around street tire that can also be used for the occasional track day too. I have used this model of tire on my own 07 GT and am very impressed with them, on the street and the track. I feel that the slightly reduced steering response from the softer sidewalls is a very worthwhile tradeoff for the great ride that these provide on the street.
We have one set only, available for the special price of $900 for the set, plus the Ontario stewardship fee and HST (total $1036.21) This is a "cash and carry" price, installation and balancing would be an additional $99.95 + HST.
