I'm building a small box to control a 2 speed electric fan. The Modfox has a two speed fan but the custom wiring harness I had made only has si gle high speed. This is a pain because temperature is always up or down. 20 degrees. I want to regulate a steady temperature. The in rush current of the motor also makes the car bog slightly when it turns on. It's more of annoyance than a problem. Yes I could buy one but most are cheap junk and the two speed ones are crazy expensive.
This is my solution. I will be adding a temp sensor from a BMW 180 low, 200 High to trigger the fans. Anyone see any potential problems before I build this.?
