I'll second those tires, I love mine, had the Shelby out tonight in the cooler temps and still hooks incredible!!
Came down 404 just after 9pm, brine truck headed north.
... one... two... more weeks....
Hearin temps in double digits next week. 1-2 more weeks.....i hope so
No salt, still driving my cars.
Not sure if they started spraying the streets in Vaughan but wanted to take it out for a couple last drives this weekend
Mine went under the cover today and is all set for it’s winter nap…now the wait begins
Getting covered tomorrow. :crying: I think?
Who’s waking up their rides this weekend? Cover came off yesterday, hooked up the battery and aired up the tires. I have insurance set up to start tomorrow.
Would if I could get near mine or had engine back for the other.
Mines in pieces….but that’s half the fun.
We’ve had a few rains so I expect the roads are good to go.
I can actually say mine is back together, but one more piece to remove and replace. Waiting on a new lock ring and gasket before tackling the fuel pump. LOL, May sounds about right.
^ No reason not to fire up on old pump.
Tempted. But then I’d have to deal with pressurized fuel lines again. And old gas.
Noticed last spring a very small smudge of oil on the garage floor that I thought was likely from the transmission. Ford said no and replaced the oil pan and gasket. This year another blotch same size is present. It is far enough back again that makes me think it’s tranny. Maybe a seal at the yoke that hooks up to the driveshaft?
Anyway still under warranty so she’s going back to Ford again.
Shitty
All is good, pretty sure the oil smudge is from the previous winter after I’ve had a closer look. Phew!
Can’t believe we are here already but I decided to put Sinister away for the winter yesterday. Going to be a long winter, hopefully next summer will bring better weather than we had this year.
This mild weather has really made me anxious to get my Mustang back on the road soon….that is if Vaughan ever stops dumping salt on the roads just to get rid of it!
I am thinking end of April. When does everyone else plan to wake up your toys?
Same over here Fab, hwys are slathered.
Me, hoping next couple of weeks for at least one of em.
April 1 I will put insurance on and hope for the best.
Roads in my area are not too bad, had mine out a few times already.
Drove it to wing night yesterday.
More excited to get it out this year then in the past.
Roads up here are close. But it’ll likely snow again just because.
Couldn’t resist bringing my new ride to WNNOTC last night. Took it to work today too, glorious drive home this afternoon.
Your new car is a stunner Ed, congrats.
Nice ride, I don’t see many in yellow.
Hoping to collect my Mustang next week. Hoping the weather will be improving soon.
Many roads sprayed again a night ago.
Decided to bring it home today.Attachment 39242
You guys are falling behind … I’ve put about a thousand km on the GT500 already this year!
Congrats Fab.
