    fantastic resource, can we make this a sticky for future reference?

    I have Toyo R888R's on my car now (275/35/18 all around) and never found them to be that great on the track, seems the reviews match my experience

    Yeah, the R888R's design is based on the super dated Toyo RR design. Tire technology has improved quite a bit since.

    Thanks for posting the guide Ed. I used it last year when I was shopping for tires and got the Goodyear Supercar 3R tires (ZL1 1LE version) and they were the best tire I ever tried on the track. That said, it was unusable in the rain and expensive to run (lasted 4 track days before I corded them, even with rotating them).
